When broken down, Nectar is the sweet essence of life manifesting through community, dance, play, vitality, radiance, unity and wholeness. The Hoop is a tool for self expression that when combined with Nectar becomes "sweet life expression." HoopNectar is sweet expression of the unity and evolution of life!

The circle has always been a universal symbol for Earth life, known as the Circle or Hoop of Life in Native American teachings. A circle in motion creates a spiral, which teaches of evolution, change, and transformation. Dancing with the circle of the Hoop connects us with our "Nectar" by cultivating joyous health and teaching the body/mind to naturally evolve and flow with our own sweet essence of life.
